Bombay Beach As The Sun Set

Yesterday was mostly cloudy, but around 4 pm the sun came out from behind the clouds and provided some wonderful lighting. I was hanging out at my campsite when this happened and decided to drive 15 miles south to visit Bombay Beach again and take advantage of the light. I was glad I did. As you will see, I was captivated by the Bombay Beach Drive-In and the airplane sculpture. In some ways Bombay Beach is. sad place; but clearly there are some residents who breathe life into the community.
