Day 2


Charlottesville

June 27, 2022


Completed Day 2. I did this video in three parts — which reflects my lack of flexibility. Not mad at myself — I view this as a good challenge and I know how much better I will feel. Even with my constraints, I feel better already.


I’ll start Day 3 today.
