Sedona, Arizona
January 29, 2021
It was a dreary, rainy afternoon in Sedona, the kind you expect in Charlottesville in January and February. But a bit after 5 pm I noticed a sliver of sunlight so I went to see the red rock formation behind my Airbnb. The above is the first photo I took. I then walked around the neighborhood for a a few minutes and decided there was enough chance of a good sunset that I should get in the truck and head to my new spot. I was glad did.
As I was taking photos of the sunset another photographer said "Sunsets here are so beautiful." I replied "That they are, but I might call them ridiculous." We shared a laugh.
I hope you enjoy the photos.
