Charlottesville

May 10, 2023

Today's WSJ blamed the continued support of Mister Trump in light of the New York civil trial outcome in part on the "mass media" bogeyman. Their argument went that the media covered that case so wall to wall that Trump supporters got mad (continued to be mad) at the press for their treatment of Trump to the extent that they (again) feel Trump was treated poorly.

I spent several hours disagreeing with the Journal. But then I read how Representative Comer has come out with the smoking gun on the Biden family malfeasance. Holy cow! A family making money off of their name!! How American!

So apparently I find myself in the same situation as those who support Trump -- that is I'm more pissed off at something else than at the real issue at hand.

If Hunter Biden or Joe Biden if any Biden broke the law, they should be prosecuted. If Biden did something worth impeaching him over then bring on impeachment.

I'm tired of politicians' attacks on each others' character. How about some debate on the issues?

If this doesn't make sense, I blame the migraine I have. I thought writing out my thoughts might make my blood vessels contract less.

4). Money talks loudly and exerts considerable influence, particularly when the press is silent and the people are not looking.

5. Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

6. Even people we consider to be our "best" leaders were often ruthless and even sometime did criminal things.

7). Every person of good character who complains about politics has…
