Downtown Monterey, California

Taking an afternoon stroll in downtown Monterey. Eight miles east of here at my campground it is overcast, windy and downright cold. Here near the Monterey Bay there’s slight breeze with a warm sun.
Charming town of roughly 30,000. Certainly upscale but not like, say, La Jolla.
Supply and demand at work in the housing market.
