One Of My All-Time Favorites

Another class I missed. I am sure you will correct me if I use the word incorrectly.

This photo is an allegory of an uncommitted life. We are the feather that just gets blown to and fro if we are not pursuing our purpose and, as a coach might say, “leaving it all on the field/court/pitch/etc.“

Thinking of that while driving today, I also thought about a line from the movie Mirage from 1965. Gregory Peck plays the main character. As he is trying to get someone to make a decision, he shouts “If you‘re not committed to anything, you’re just taking up space!”

Man, I love that line.

Taking up space. A feather in the wind. Been there, done those. I prefer Will’s approach. 😁🤙
