Quad Stretch Paradox

Over the past several years I have developed good, sometime great, hamstrung flexibility. Now I need to work on my quads (while continuing to maintain my hammy flexibility). One article I read suggested this stretch — the frog pose. My reaction? Heck, if I could possibly get in that position I wouldn’t need to stretch my quads as they would be already be very flexible! 🤪
