My heart is saying go walk another 2,000 steps to get to 20,000; my feet are saying they’ve had enough.

I wonder what it is about the beach that seems to motivate people to walk. My dad who never went on walks at home would walk for hours at the beach. I’ve been known to do the same thing.

I think my feet are going to win. It was a hot day for walking. Yeah, that’s the ticket!
