So Much For Culture

I feel for the Twitter employees. Change is hard no matter how many times you recite, "the only constant is change" and "change represents an opportunity." And it sounds like Musk & Company are blowing up the culture.


In such situations, I always found good people have multiple opportunities (dead wood wants to stay put).


Is this the first time Mysk has acquired a company? It's a whole lot different than growing one.


I don't personally use Twitter. Never wanted to and likely never will. I don't know how Musk resolves the problems with Twitter and makes it something that makes enough money to service the debt he took on.


As for the employees that survived the cut, I bet a lot of them are evaluating their options.
