I got up at 5 am this morning to make sure I got to Table Mesa in plenty of time. Not as dramatic as yesterday but I am glad I was there.
Followed it up with a massage (plus acupuncture and cupping); I feel like a new person!

This is Boulder. They got rid of plastic stadium cups a couple of years ago. They replaced them with aluminum cups. Recycling drove the decision. So far I have not procured an aluminum cup but it is not for lack of trying. That’s probably more than you wanted to know! I will give CU credit. They make good use of their nickname “Buffs” (short for Buffaloes). Their buses have signs on them that say things like “Science Buff,” “Media Buff” and “Engineering Buff.” 🤪
