I am uncomfortable. I have more to see than I have time for. My mind is racing ahead and I’m fighting to rein it in. I need to get back on my good diet. When will this piriformis pain in the ass finally go away?
Yes, I am having one of those days. I spent four hours on my blog this morning and didn’t even get to write about the two gals on one bike.
I guess the sign of a place you like is that you don’t want to leave. I’m leaving the UP with more to explore.
I think I might live at the beach for a year or two. I’m running at a B+/A-. When I was at Hilton Head I was an A/A+. I think that’s a good idea.
Been hard to get in good aerobic workouts. I walked 11k steps yesterday at the falls — that felt good. I definitely need aerobic exercise in my life along with some weights and a lot — A LOT — of stretching.
why is it when I say I’m not going to have a McDonald’s hamburger, that’s all I can think about.
I thought that attorney was going to be found not guilty. Relying on one person’s memory of what someone said is fairly tenuous.
Ok, I’m off to Stevens Point, Wisconsin and then to Green Bay. The three Paris’ in Wisconsin are in the lower part of the state.

a good hamburger every now and then is needed treat. same here with the pain the rear- i stretch and follow all those exercises but it seems there is no change too. in your case perhaps it was from all those hook shots causing an imbalance structurally.
interesting listening to Jonathon Turley about the case of the FBI fibbing. I have come to respect his talks about the law quite a bit. His position was he should have been convicted as he clearly lied to the FBI based on all the evidence but...that required to FBI to have been duped but he believes they weren't at all. i believe another example of the chosen class getting a free pass. …
