Funny how get trapped in our own minds, but we think no one else is. We think others are constantly judging us while the reality is those others are caught up in their own random thought generators.
Which is why it is so darn easy to make someone feel good. Look strangers in the eyes and smile. Compliment someone if you see them do something nice. Open the door for someone. Pick up a piece of trash on the street.
We think we are so damn sophisticated — it is the little things that matter.
I try each day to turn off my judgmental self and become my curious self.
Please don't say mañana if you don't mean it
I have heard those words for so very long
Don't try to describe the ocean if you've never seen it
Don't ever forget that you just may wind up being wrong
