I figured one way to stay cool today (it is 106 degrees at 3:30 pm) was to get the Sequoia serviced. Mileage is just under 311,000 miles. High mileage oil change and a radiator flush and refill. And replace burned out brake light. $209. Not bad assurance to keep Hi Ho Silver in optimal shape. Belts checked out.

Oops. They found a coolant leak. Fortunately they can get the part from Toyota. I’m not usually thankful for Jiffy Lube but these folks are above average.

New coolant will be good for 30,000 miles.
