What The Heck Is This?

Came across this behemoth in Zion. The truck is a Ford F150 Lariat. The tires are HUGE and the suspension looked, well, rather overdone. The darn thing looked like it weighs 10 tons although I am sure it doesn't. I'm guessing there aren't too many places this vehicle cannot go. Chuck, ever seen one of these? I am wondering what something like this costs - is it $80,000 or $250,000?

Something tells me that the owner is compensating for something.
