Wow. This practice flew by. I cannot sit on my feet (yet!) and the straight arm side plank — which I have done in the past — is a bit too much for me yet.
I woke up stiff this more — this practice “unstiffened” me greatly. I can’t do the runner’s quad stretch yet — I find the “batter on deck” stretch of my quads to be effective although perhaps not as deep as when I stretch my quad lying down on the side of a bed.
The lifting my legs while am on my stomach really worked my glutes. I still need to improve the connection of my glutes to my brain. — just like I try to make engaging my abs part of what I do while standing and walking.
