Just finished Day 3. Wow, I feel so much looser in my hips! Adriene makes all the poses look so easy -- I'm not holding myself to that standard. This session was tough because my balance is not great -- then again, that is something that I can improve (attitude!).
I'm sure she has this classes scripted but it seems that she is just having a conversation the whole time. Great stuff.
Looking forward to Day 4.
