Thanks to Don for sharing this video with me. Funny, I have been thinking about the idea of an emotional bank account the past few days. And I also keep a sunshine file!

It doesn't even need to be a word -- or even during a struggle. A smile, a hug, even just a wave. I find if I see someone who is carrying themselves with confidence (not cockiness), it encourages me.
