Such an outstanding movie. I enjoy how it emphasizes the biases we bring to how we view situations — and how those biases often flow from parts of us that are the hidden part of our iceberg.
This scene hit me hard. This gentleman is so blinded by his certainty he doesn’t remember to check his assumptions.
Know who that actor is? Ed Begley, Sr. -- the father of Ed Begley, Jr. of "Saint Elsewhere", the Christopher Guest & Eugene Levy ensemble movies, and several charities....
If you ever have the chance to see 12 Angry Men as a play, do so. A good cast can make you feel like you are in the room with the jurors. The power of the dialog is enhance with living breathing people in front of you.
