Geez, Lucian. You live on a budget but you like Whole Foods. What's the deal?

Especially when I am on the road, I like the selection of prepared foods at WF -- they are tasty and more importantly healthy. Sure WF is more expensive but as they used to say about hair coloring, "I'm worth it." Unfortunately given where I am traveling, prepared foods are harder to find and when I do, they are fried or laced with fat to give them taste.
