Coach Mendenhall’s resignation is old news by now. However, I continue to be impressed by how he announced the change. Listen to the first seven minutes of this video. This is a man who has perspective. Very cool.
I respect his honesty. From my take his heart is not in it at this moment and he did a courageous thing to step down.
