When I arrived at my hotel today in Paris, there were a number of families loading up their cars with duffle bags and their eight year old boys. (I’m guessing at the age). Baseball tournament? No, after all this is Canada. Youth ice hockey.

The Great One, Wayne Gretzky, was born and raised in this area, in Brantford, Ontario. The municipal golf course in Brantford is named for Gretsky’s father.
