Congratulations on being a heart attack survivor. This month is the 17th anniversary of my cancer surgery. Confronting mortality is an emotionally trying and sobering experience. Survival provides us an opportunity for reflection and reorientation of one's life. It seems to me you are doing a good job of living life to the fullest and smelling the roses along the way.
