Circle of Concern/Circle of Influence

The distinction between concern and influence is a useful one but so hard to execute in my day-to-day activities. Should I be concerned about the withholding of funds from Harvard even if I have no influence over the issue? Part of me says yes because the withholding is just another example of the authoritarian playbook that this administration is using. But other than getting spun up by the issue, it is true I have no primary influence over it.

Ugh. A conundrum!
