Charlottesville has one of the best radio stations around in 106.1 The Corner. It plays a somewhat eclectic mix of music from Indie rock to neo soul. Kendall was a DJ there when I moved here in 2015. She had a very distinctive voice combined a high-energy enthusiasm. I was sad to find out she's moved on -- so I write her new employer (Minnesota Public Radio) a note saying I missed hearing her on the radio. Lovely that she responded.
