Surprisingly comfortable hotel. Must have been recently renovated. $92. Great firm mattress which I needed badly as my back and legs are sore. That not-so-fun tingling feeling in my legs. Psoas?? Stretching this morning before starting to drive -- to Albuquerque?
watching the history of the ACC tournament on the ACC Network channel on you tube tv. this episode the 1960's. learned an interesting fact that seems to explain alot. Bones McKinney was a preacher and the coach of Wake Forest at that time. he made Wake a powerhouse during that time. i had no idea the crazy fellow we heard every Saturday morning on the Pilot ACC games was so talented.
