I advanced the ball pretty well today. Pulled up in Clovis as there doesn't appear to be many places to stay between here and Dallas (after stops in Earth and Happy).

Some of my observations:

On parts of I40 in New Mexico there are tons of billboards.

New Mexico is a surprisingly elevated state. Most of the day I was above 5,000 feet and in some cases well above it.

You can see for "miles and miles."
