Google Maps In Canada

Thank goodness Google Maps works well here. The only difference is it speaks to me in meters and kilometers. Funny, I find it instinctively easier to comprehend 200 meters rather than, for example, 0.2 miles. Tge same is not true as when Google Maps tells me to go 5 km. I then have to engage my “system 2” and divide by 1.6.

Oops — there’s one more difference — the speed limits. I intuitively know what 35 mph feels like; I have no such intuition for say 40 k mph. I know my speedometer has kmph on it, but the numbers are so hard to read!
