When I can, I like to pick up groceries at Whole Foods. Not only does it remind me of Charlottesville, they have a good selection of healthy prepared foods.
Today I picked up:
crab sushi
2 grilled salmon steaks
package of turkey
package of string cheese
box of 6 hard boiled eggs (already pealed)
package of Unreal treats
2 navel oranges
My 20 quart Yeti does a fine job as my refrigerator.
I grade myself as a B+\A- for nutrition. I need to start drinking more water and stare down those times when I crave sugar.
