How Many?

My son, Lucian, has asked me how many photos I have taken on my walkabout. I have been slow to do the simple task of counting the photos on my Mac. Finally, this morning I figured out how many I have kept since, and including, January 1, 2021. Drum roll , please....

6,000 photos.

Given 75 days so far this year, that’s an average of 80 photos/day.

I’m guessing I delete 20 percent of what I take so the gross number taken might be approximately 7,200 photos so far this year (Average of ~96 photos/day).
