Radio Margaritaville has this gimmick where they encourage their listeners to submit their four favorite Buffett tunes. If selected, you become “DJ for a day.”
After months of putting it off, I submitted my four songs this week — two well-known ones and two more obscure ones. I explained in my email how “He Went to Paris” had inspired my walkabout and why the other three songs were important to me.
We’ll see if I ever get picked!
