Morning Walk Along Bandon Beaches

I am not so good with goofy mornings. On such mornings, there’s a force inside of me pulling me toward gloominess. This morning I leaned into that feeling snd said, “Not today.” I drove over to the beach and went for a walk. No howling winds this morning which was helpful. I logged 6,200 steps which recently is a good start for me on the day.
