#1 place to live in America according to US News & World Reports. Heard is was a lot like Cville. College town and all that stuff. Close to a lot of outdoor activities. Plus I thought I’d see how I handle snow in a place where it really snows.I lost out to Mark Harmon long ago. ☹️
