I understand the motivation behind this sticker but I think the again is misplaced. We’ve never been green or good stewards of our environment — from cutting down too many trees to killing almost all the bison to belching out pollutants into our air and water.


I heard an interesting interview on Bloomberg this week. An analyst of the clean energy industry doesn’t expect the November election to reduce investment in green energy. His argument is that too many red states are benefiting from the investments. Made sense to me.
