The pandemic has taken its toll on the Downtown Mall. Empty retail space and permanently closed restaurants like Prime 109, Red Pump and Sky Bar. Those were upscale places that gave the area the atmosphere you want in such an area. While I’d like to think this mall compares well to the one in Boulder, there’s no comparison now. Boulder’s is high end and hopping.
There’s no indication of the Jefferson opening soon. ☹️
