I’m still not at the point in my evolution that my first reaction to this sticker is curiousity (it’s still a bit of shock). Upon reflection though I am curious. I’m making assumptions about so much; I wish I could have talked with this person to see what this sticker means to them.

And speaking of posting things, the Ten Commandments. How many of those that demand we post these have them displayed prominently in their home? Hell, I went to a Catholic high school and I don’t recall the Ten Commandment being “displayed prominently.”

I love that they are called “commandments.” That’s so Old Testament. Not sure Jesus would have been so demanding.

Some of the commandments are relative to school age kids but some are clearly not.

Personally, I prefer the “square card” sayings that promote kindness, generosity, love, gratitude, peacefulness, etc. Or my favorite:

A good creed to live by. i am not sure what is meant by the word "intelligent" in their mission statement.  prefer... to seek the respect of all people, not just the "intelligent" ones.

I have always read “intelligent” to mean “rational.” In both cases there is an implied bias, right? I mean “correct!”
