A bit of a rude awakening in the middle of the night (3 am?) when it began to rain while I was sleeping in my tent. Fortunately it was a light rain — initially. I stumbled literally out of the tent and quickly put everything into Hi Ho Silver. It then began to thunder and the rain really came down. After a few minutes of winding down, I was able to fall back sleep — in Hi Ho Silver.

Forecast is for a cold front to move in later with up to three inches of rain.
