Above is a table of the highest on base percentages in baseball history. I’m sure there’s a minimum of at bats but as you can tell from the list these players played many years.


Ted Williams leading the pack is not surprising, but I would not have guessed his OBP was that high.


I heard a stat yesterday that blew my mind (and resulted in me looking up the OBP record). Ted Williams got on base in over 84 percent of the games he played. That blows my mind!
