I am off to a good start this month with my goal of foam rolling every morning. I have adult-onset scoliosis (curvature of the spine - in my case in my lumbar spine). The result is my skeleton is putting my muscles under too much stress or not enough stress. Foam rolling is a great way to break up trigger points and to massage achy areas.
Here I am with the roller under my rear doing some legs “up the wall.” Great way to relax the legs and stretch out my leg muscles and ligaments.
