To the clerk at Staples who gave me a discount I might not have really qualified for...


To the service manager at Twin Cities Auto who said they were booked but sent me next door to Fat Boys Tires...


To the front desk dude at Fat Boys Tires who figured out I really needed help today....


To the tech in the shop who I will never meet who made my day by finding solutions that won't cost me Christmas.
