What Happened To The Salad Idea?

This is the first Chick-fila I have seen in two months. Before I had a chance to think through what it meant for my wellness, I heard myself saying “#1 with a Diet Coke.” Out here, based on this one experience, they don’t say “my pleasure;” they say “perfect.”

And she was right; the chicken sandwich tasted nearly perfect. 🤪

And yes, I am still wearing madras shorts in support of Madras, Oregon.

Think of the great mascot there could be for Madras High School. They could be the Shorts, the Pants, the Jackets or the Shirts. They could also be the Dresses or the Belts. The Patterns? But no — they are the White Buffaloes. What the heck is a white Buffalo?

They could at least be the Indians. Get it? Madras, INDIAns. 🤪
