I heard this song on Saturday night as the roadies were setting up the stage. The words hit me hard. And I love how Riley Green’s voice matches the lyrics.
My verse for today:
I wish we could all just at along
And everyone felt that they belonged
I wish we all would take a chance
And that life was a Sadie Hawkins dance.
I had never heard “Mama Tried.” I guess I’m one of reasons they don’t play country music on country radio.
