I had a good sleep. Interrupted by some pain from diverticulosis. Hate that pain! Ginger pills, peppermint pills and lots of fluids. I ate a soft breakfast in hopes that it will not trigger more attacks.

My roommette is a step up from my previous one. Maybe a Fairfield Inn? One that's not new but also not old.

So far, I'm a big fan of the train. The view car is great how I can sit facing the window and see so much. Attendants are very good. Already thinking about planni
