Somewhere In Oregon
June 10, 2021
This morning I left Happy Camp (☹️) taking Forest Service Road 48 north toward Oregon. It was an unforgettable drive for reasons I will address in another post. There was no demarcation showing I had crossed into Oregon, but Google Maps showed that I had.
When I came out of the national forest I came to an intersection; I wasn’t sure what I should do. I looked at the street sign and chuckled.

I went straight on Waldo Road, of course, and found my way to US 199 to Crescent City.
