1645 right now and having a thunderstorm after a hot and humid day.

Like how Adriene makes her audience understand that we each bring different effort levels each day. Today downward facing dog was a bit crunchy for me so I went into cat cow. I touched the ceiling today in mountain pose — makes me feel as though I’m stretching things out.

These practices are just the right length now — long enough to loosen things up but not so long as to allow me to lose concentration.
