Overcast Sunday in Charlottesville as many Sundays are here.

Almost completed this practice yesterday but right knee pain shut me down until this morning. Another good practice -- I like the pushups and the forward fold (even though I can't fold that far yet).

Exciting day upcoming at the Open Championship. So cool to have played the Old Course twice and had lunch in the R&A Clubhouse. And on the broadcast this morning they mentioned that Kevin Kisner is a member at the Palmetto Golf Club in Aiken, the course where I learned to play golf.
