Perhaps my favorite practice yet. More meditative than the previous seven. Granted I can’t yet get in the pigeon pose much less the pigeon pose and grabbing the ankle. I replaced those with some cat cow, downward dog and child’s pose.
This practice reminded me of the Kaiut yoga I did in Boulder. Man, I felt great after doing that for two months. Lots of stretching snd focusing on flexibility which is what I need.

Thanks Tom for the encouragement. When you are in as much pain as I can be, yoga is like an oasis for me — making it easier to make it a priority each day.
