I'm sitting here feeling as though I accomplished something today. I walked 6.5 miles roundtrip to a massage. I was some critical need of some adjustment to my back. With a bit of massage, some acupuncture and some cupping, my back muscles gave into relaxation -- the walk back was much easier than the walk there.
I need to add that I walked along Pine Street on my way to my massage. Pine Street was where I saw the leg lamp in the window. The owner of the house was on the front porch and I stopped and congratulated him on his major award. We both got a grin out of that.
