One of most useful ideas I have learned on my walkabout is to ask myself if the lens I am using to view a situation is the correct one.

That is why this “square card” hit me like a 2x4 when I saw it. It’s a reminder to put first things first. Beauty, splendor, awe, wonder and love are not secondary priorities in our lives — they are the primary priorities. For too long i saw those priorities as inverted. Not anymore -- at least a large majority of my time.
