Frustrated these days. I can’t fall asleep, I can’t stay asleep and I’m tired throughout the day. I exercise a good bit — but that seems to make falling asleep even harder. I don’t have a good pre sleep routine — each night I try to find something to listen to that will soothe me. After years of searching, I still don’t have a go to. And of course there is the waking up between 2 and 3 AM. My mind races as it queries whether I will ever fall back asleep.
Is this better or worse than sleeping too much which is a problem in the wintertime.
Both problems suck!
