Yeah, on this specific issue. Bring in Jim Ryan (the Yom Clancy one). We seem incapable of reducing demand in our country so let's go kick some butt in Mexico. No doubt the cartels in response will commit terrorism acts in the US; we'll need to be willing accept that cost. We will also need to do something to reduce demand; if the demand remains, another source of supply will emerge.
